St. James' Celebrates Epiphany
Sunday January 11th was a special day of celebration for the St. James' Parish family.
For starters, the parish celebrated the Feast of the Epiphany with the annual Epiphany brunch, which was held at Maplecrest Country Club following the 11:00 AM service.
Senior Warden Chuck Wicks (shown to Fr. Biller's right) was honored for his service to the parish. Chuck's wife, Penny, is directly in front of them, partially hidden to the camera. Photo by Katie Craig.
Fr. Larry Biller and the St. James' Parish family also used the gathering as an opportunity to honor Senior Warden Charles Wicks for his many years of service to the parish. Chuck is retiring from the senior warden position due to his recent election as Judge of Elkhart County Superior Court No.5.
Chuck will remain a valued member of the parish and we cannot thank him enough for all that he has done for all of us over the years.
